Push-ups is one of the best body weight exercises that has many variations which target your chest, arms, shoulders, and even your core. But there’s one variation which I think is the best push-ups variation and even cuts it as a full body workout.
The variation is T-pushups which are done by rotating your body and raising your arm to the air upon completion of the push-up.
To do it correctly, you have to keep your legs close to each other and follow the hand with your eyes as you raise it.
Here’s a video of how exactly to do it:
This push up works your entire body, not only your chest and arms, but your shoulders and core, as well as your legs to some extent.
To increase the intensity of this exercise you can use dumbbells as well. Consider adding T-pushups to your workout and you won’t regret it, especially if you already do push-ups.
