Single Best Exercise for the Perfect Abs

There are a lot of exercises for abs that aren’t as effective as the others but there’s one which is my personal favorite and that will really make your abs work. It’s the single best exercise for your abs and your core – hanging leg raises.
It really is a full body exercise that works your core, your arms, your legs and most of all your abs. It’s a difficult exercise to complete in its perfect form but there are easier variations you can do to ease into the perfect form, and they are just as effective.
